Building / Estates Surveyor
£55,000.00 - £65,000.00 + 40 Days Holiday + 16% Pension + Hybrid Working + Extra Benefits
Monday - Friday (Days / 36 hours per week)
Richmond & Wandsworth (Hybrid working available)
Excellent Opportunity for a RICS Registered Building Surveyor to join a leading Public Sector organisation who are offering a varied and technically interesting role whilst receiving brilliant benefits and working conditions.
The main function of this role is to provide commercial & residential estate management of the City Council's commercial & residential property portfolio.
In this role you will be working as a Building Surveyor where you be looking after the Councils portfolio of properties that range from Housing, Offices, Parks, Leisure Centres and more. You will be carrying out investigations and writing reports on a wide range of issues that could occur from Leaking Roofs to Faulty Extensions and much more.
The ideal candidate will be RICS registered / qualified, have knowledge working as a Building Surveyor and looking for a role with flexibility, brilliant benefits, technically interesting work and where you will be the vital cog in the wheel.
The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of Council properties
- Carrying out a range of investigations on my Councils property portfolio and creating CAD Drawings.
- Working for one of the leading Councils within the M25
