Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance
Florida (Relocation Package Provided to South Florida)

Are you looking to play a vital role in the growth and development of a leading manufacturing organization that supplies market leading products to customer across the globe?
On offer is the chance to spearhead and lead multidisciplinary teams through a range of improvement projects, whilst reporting directly to senior leadership. This challenging position will suit someone from a food or beverage manufacturing background, looking for a technically diverse position, with a relocation package provided to South Florida.
In this position you will maintain and review monthly GMP inspections, identifying and implementing areas for improvement across food safety and quality, you will oversee budgets and finance, ensure the relevant food safety quality initiatives are being carried out and ensure HACCP, SSOP, and SQF is being carried out effectively.

The Position:
* Lead a team food safety and quality professionals through effective operations and improvement projects
* Manage SSOP, HACCP & SQF across the plant
* Oversee budgets and resource budgets
* Review monthly GMP inspections, provide technical support to understand trends or issues
* Work collaboratively with multiskilled teams and leadership

The Person:
* Food or beverage manufacturing background
* Proven experience leading teams of people and enhance food safety and quality processes
* SQF & HACCP Certified
* Bachelors or similar degree in a science focused field
