Project Director
Exeter, site-based
£500 + per day - Minimum 3 Month Contract
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Project Director professional who is seeking a new excited contract.
The role is working for a leading modular construction company that specialises in multiple sectors including MOD, MOJ, Education and more. This company design, build and install complex projects across the country.
This is a crucial role for this company, as they are working on an interesting and complex school project based in Exeter. You will take overall responsibility for the delivery of projects, ensuring the project plan is implemented effectively. You will provide leadership and direction to the Project Managers on site whilst liaising with senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role in the construction industry, preferably within the modular sector, working on large scale projects. You will have excellent leadership skills with previous and proven experience in project delivery and work winning.

- Ensure efficient and effective project delivery on a complex school project
- Site based in Exeter
- Minimum 3 month contract
The Person:
- Previous experience in a Project Director role
- Strong construction experience
- Based within a commutable distance to Exeter
- Full UK driving licence.
