Mechanical Maintenance Technician
£35,000 - £38,000 + Enhanced Overtime + Great Progression + Additional Training + Great Company Benefits

Are you a mechanical engineer with a background in heavy machinery, plant equipment, or HGVs, looking for a days-based role with excellent progression and training opportunities?
On offer is fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading company that offers on-the-job training across a variety of machinery on-site. The role also provides enhanced overtime rates and the potential to excel and progress within the business.
The company is a well-established organisation that has been operating for over 50 years and is one of the largest waste management and recycling service providers in the UK. Due to their continued expansion, they are seeking additional engineers to join their team.
On offer is a varied role, working in the workshop and at their other sites within the local area (50/50 split), offering great additional training and proven progression that would reward your hard work.
This role is ideal for a mechanical engineer or mechanical fitter with experience in heavy machinery who is eager to expand their skill set.
The Role
- Service/Maintenance/Repair Waste Management Equipment
- Shift pattern (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm)
- Monday to Friday (With optional overtime)
