Mechanical Team Leader / Manager - Renewables
You will need to be based in or commutable to Cologne, Germany
This role includes frequent travel to various locations around Europe (Time off in Lieu offered)
€70,000 - €80,000 + Time off offered when you work Overtime + 30 days Holiday + Stay away allowance + Travel & Stays away in Southern Europe
Do you have Mechanical Fitting or Mechanical Assembly experience and are you looking for a unique role Team Leader role where you will get the chance to travel across Southern Europe with work?
On offer is a varied role where your time will be spent either in the workshop in Cologne or travelling to hot countries in Southern Europe across Greece, Morocco, Cyprus and more.
The company have clear growth plans and working on Renewables projects across Europe. They have built an excellent reputation and they are looking to continue in their success.
This role would suit someone with strong leadership experience as well as mechanical experience (Assembly / Fitting / Technician) from any background.
The Role:
- Leading metal and mechanical assembly / builds for Renewables projects
- Regular travel across Europe and the rest of the time spent in the Cologne Workshop
The Person:
- Must have strong Team Lead or Management Experience
- Must be able to speak English, if you can speak German or Spanish it would be a distinct advantage
- Must have relevant Mechanical background with a level of ability to build, assemble and fit machinery - any industry or background considered
- Must be flexible when it comes to travel
