The Position:
* Identify and develop process improvement working collaboratively with engineering teams
* Oversee and manage production, employee safety, order fulfilment, food safety and product quality
* Maintain SQF food safety & quality systems
* Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting, investigating and corrective actions to address non-conformances

The Person:
* Food, beverage or highly regulated background
* Experience developing manufacturing/ production processes
* Knowledge of food programs such as GMP, HACCP or SOP
