A FAST DELIVERY OF EXPERIENCED CONTRACTORS FOR OUR CLIENT’S PROPERTY PORTFOLIO.
The Brief
Rise was approached by an existing client to assist with a large project which began March 2020.
The client works as a specialist partner for the UK property sector, with customers including the UK’s leading estate agents. The client needed multiple Engineers to complete ICR checks on every property on their customers’ books UK wide.
From the point of engagement, Rise exclusively placed over 60 contract Engineers with the organisation and fulfilled their requirements alongside proving all the contract compliance to make the process as easy as possible.
The Process
The project initially started in March 2020- as we all know the world came to a standstill for a while due the effects of COVID-19.
This was then picked up restarted again in June, with even more urgency than before.
These roles needed to be turned around quickly; the client approached us with multiple batches of roles at a time which we turned from advertising the role to placement in 2-3 days (sometimes shorter!).
This process included us conducting the initial interview with the prospective candidate, sending the CV, arranging a Zoom interview, to finally booking in for an induction on the Thursday to start on Monday.
The client required specific skills including an 18th edition as well as a Test and Inspect qualification for each Engineer.
Rise also took it upon ourselves to pay for a CRB check, take all compliance, qualifications and Calibration Certificate to ensure the process was as easy as possible for the client.
All these placements were hired on a 8 week rolling contract and about 95% of them were extended for another 8 weeks. Some have now stayed until January 2021, showing an excellent technical ability and company commitment.
