Introducing Rise Education

Today marks a defining moment for Rise Technical as we proudly launch Rise Education, a transformative division born from the evolution of our public sector recruitment legacy. For years, we’ve connected talent with critical roles in government and infrastructure—now, we’re channelling that expertise into education on a global scale. With offices in the UK, USA and Europe, we are uniquely positioned to address the worldwide shortage of industry-experienced educators. As Education Director, I am thrilled to introduce a platform designed to solve one of the most pressing global challenges: equipping schools, colleges, and universities with professionals who inspire tomorrow’s engineers.

Why Rise Education?

A global talent shortage threatens to leave over 85 million roles unfilled by 2030 (Korn Ferry), while UK schools recruited only half of the desired number of secondary teachers last year (Initial Teacher Training Census 2023/24). Rise Education bridges this divide through our industry-to-education pipeline, identifying high-caliber professionals—including those who’ve never envisioned teaching careers—and empowering their transition into classrooms. By prioritising hands-on expertise, Rise Education ensures students gain actionable insights from instructors who have mastered their crafts in real-world settings.

Rise Education’s strategy is already validated by early successes, including partnerships with vocational colleges and world-renowned universities such as Capital City College Group, University of Sussex, and Imperial College London among others.
