I joined Rise in 2013 straight after I graduated. I’ve progressed through the Consultant ranks and been in the Management team for 5 years and became Recruitment Director in 2023. I work with a range of clients and have built up strong working relationships within the Manufacturing and Engineering sector- ranging from Semi-skilled roles right to Director level positions. I strive to positively change every person’s life I work with.
