Are you an experienced practice Account Manager/Accountant looking for a senior role within a well-respected and stable company?
This a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Accountant to join a dedicated and reputable team to help them maintain their high standards.
With over seven decades of experience, this company take pride in the brilliant service they provide to their loyal clients. They are now looking for a new addition to their team who they can invest in and develop.
The day to day of this role includes managing the accounts of multiple clients at once, as well as the preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, Self-Assessment tax returns and VAT returns. As this is a senior role, you will also be required to supervise and review the work of trainees.
The ideal candidate for this role will be ACA/ACCA qualified or have at least two years' experience as a manager in an accounting practice. The successful candidate will also be experienced with the review of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and charities.
The role:
- Accounts Manager, senior in the department
- Preparing accounts for clients
- Supervision of trainees
- Monday-Friday (8:30am-5pm, 37.5 hours)
The person:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or significant experience as a manager within an accounting practice
- Knowledge of different business accounts
- Knowledge of income, corporation and capital gains taxes
- Attention to detail
