Applications Engineer (Energy Storage) (m/w/d)

€55,000 - €75,000 + 10% Bonus + 30 days Holiday + Full Benefits Package + Training
Excellent opportunity for a commercially driven candidate from an Energy Storage and/or Power Conditioning Engineering background to join a global, market leader in an autonomous role with scope to progress your career.
This company have a worldwide presence and are split into multiple subsidiaries with one common aim - To provide green energy solutions to a wide variety of industries for different applications. As a result of continued growth, their Energy Storage division is looking for an Applications Engineer in the Netherlands to grow their division across the DACH area.
The role will see working closely with Sales & R&D in order to solve technical issues, demonstrate new technology and provide customer and market analysis relating to their products . There will be some travel with the role to customer sites
The person will come from a background of Energy Storage Systems and/or Power Conditioning and have good customer facing manner. You will need to speak fluent English for the role as well as needing to be commutable to their offices on the outskirts of Amsterdam. You will be comfortable travelling to customer sites domestically.

The Role:
*Act as a link between Sales and technical
*Working closely with customers on proposals
*Occasional travel
*Technical support and link between customers and R&D
The person:
*Degree qualified in transferable engineering discipline
*Industry knowledge, - Power Conditioning, Energy Storage etc.
*Strong customer facing manner and fluent English
*Comfortable travelling as part of the role
