Are you an experienced assessor with a background in air conditioning and refrigeration? Do you hold F-Gas and Refrigeration qualifications?

The role involves assessing and supporting apprentices in their workplace and at the college, preparing them for End Point Assessments, and ensuring they meet the knowledge, skills, and behavioural requirements of their apprenticeship standards. You'll work closely with employers, tailoring delivery to align with their needs, and fostering a collaborative, hands-on learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an assessor for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and is looking for a long term role.

The Role
*Work closely with apprentices and employers to assess and review workplace learning.
*Guide learners in both practical and theoretical aspects of their trade.
*Prepare apprentices for successful End Point Assessments.
*Ensure workplace and workshop equipment meets high standards.
*Collaborate with employers to align apprenticeship delivery with industry needs.

The Person
*Qualifications: You hold an assessing qualification and possess F-Gas and Refrigeration certifications.
*Experience: You have a solid background in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, with experience in assessing, teaching, or mentoring apprentices.
*Passion: You're dedicated to supporting learners and thrive in a role where you can inspire and shape future professionals.
