Assistant Project Manager

In this role, you will supervise day-to-day client relationships, ensure projects run smoothly, and liaise with various departments to coordinate specific projects. You will assist the Project Manager with client relations and subcontractor organization while gaining hands-on experience by shadowing them in daily operations.
This role would suit an Assistant Project Manager, looking for career progression and the chance to make a significant impact in the construction industry.
The Role:
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, negotiations, and cost control
- Liaise with site team, superintendents, estimators, and designers to address project issues
- Help manage and provide cost-effective solutions to clients
The Person:
- Experience in commercial/industrial estimating.
- Strong familiarity with construction procedures and best practices
- Excellent communication skills
