Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager who is looking to join a dynamic, expanding construction firm where you will work on high end, unique New York Skyline properties with the most exclusive clientele in the city and a company that will support you to progress to become a Project Manager.
Are you an Assistant Project Manager from a construction background, looking to work on high end residential projects that overlook the New York city skyline worth up to $100m in a fast paced environment where you will further develop your construction management skills to allow you to progress to Project Manager?
This construction firm are one of the most exciting residential construction companies in New York. They are a highly prestigious construction firm who specialize working on High-end residential projects. Their employees have always been at the forefront of the business and have got an outstanding reputation for developing and progressing from within. Due to growth they are now looking to recruit an Assistant Project Manager to develop and work within their well-established Project Management team.
This position is based office based, working on a range of local projects. You will be tasked with working alongside the Project Management team to review work schedules, delivering drawings and plans to site, conducting site meetings. You will be given a structured training and development plan from the day you join to allow you to progress into a Project Manager position.
This would suit someone with a construction background, who is looking for to work alongside some of the best technical professionals in the industry. You will also receive management training and can progress in to a full Project Manager role.
