AutoCAD / Draughtsperson (Industry Specific Training)
£30,000 - £35,000 + Industry Specific Training + Progression + Profit Share Bonus + 30 Days Holiday.
Office Based Role, Commutable from Warminster, Frome, Westbury, Mere and Codford.

This company specialises in designing and manufacturing custom, eco-friendly corrugated packaging for e-commerce, retail, and various industries, using advanced technology and sustainable materials.
The role involves supporting the Design Manager in daily operations, collaborating with sales and manufacturing teams, and serving as a customer contact. Key responsibilities include creating and amending design drawings, processing orders, prototyping samples, maintaining stock levels, and conducting material analysis and testing to ensure quality and efficiency is maintained.
This position would suit someone from an AutoCAD, Draughtsperson or similar background looking to be invested in, acquire full industry training and is looking to progress up the company.
The Role:
* Assist the Design Manager in daily operations
* Working with sales, manufacturing, and customers
* Conduct design drawings
* Create samples and ensure materials are tested efficiently
