BAS Technician
$48/hr - $52/hr + Progression to Management + Full Training + 401k + Relocation Assistance

Are you a BAS Technician with HVAC Controls experience, looking to receive lots of on-the-job training and progress into Lead & Management positions?

In this role you will work with high-profile, household-name customers, offering innovative solutions to technical and challenging problems surrounding the programming & troubleshooting of complex HVAC systems. You will become a technical expert in your industry and lead a small team of highly motivated technicians traveling to local customer sites across central Tennessee.
On offer is an excellent opportunity to join this rapidly expanding business where you be responsible for the growth of a small, tight-knit team, supporting junior technicians on complex tasks in the field.
This role would suit a BAS Technician with experience in HVAC controls systems. Anyone with an understanding of Distech, Johnson, Trane or Niagara systems would be well suited for this position!
