Building Engineer
$26-$32 per hour + Progression + Overtime + PTO + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance
Downtown Detroit, MI (commutable from: Corktown, Midtown, Eastern Market, Ferndale, Royal Oak)
Are you a Building Engineer with experience working with commercial HVAC and high-rise buildings looking for a role where you can increase your earnings through overtime?

On offer is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for general maintenance, repairs and HVAC, responding to tenant requests, whilst also having the opportunity to progress up the rankings!
This position would suit a Building Engineer from a commercial HVAC background, with experience in high rise buildings, looking to hit the ground running and maximise your earnings though overtime.
The Role:
- Monday-Friday
- Overseeing high rise buildings
- Working with chillers, boilers, and roof top units
The Candidate:
- Commercial HVAC background and experienced with high rise buildings
- Wants overtime
- Must be able to pass federal/police background checks
