In this role, you will work with licensed professional engineers on a variety of commercial, residential, and industrial projects. You will conduct on-site assessments, apply building codes, and provide expert guidance on building upgrades, maintenance, and restoration, all while receiving full support to grow in your career.
This role would suit an experienced consultant from an architecture, engineering, or construction science background who is looking for technical challenges, career progression, and the chance to make a real impact in the construction industry.
The Role:
- Conduct on-site inspections of building systems, including structural and mechanical.
- Provide technical expertise in upgrades, maintenance, and restoration projects.
- Review and ensure compliance with building codes and standards
The Person:
- Degree in architecture, engineering, building science, or related field.
- Experience in building system design, assessment, or construction.
- EIT or PE designation preferred.
