Business Developer - Natural Solar Parks
North Germany Region - Hybrid - Travel
€70,000 - €80,000 + Uncapped Commission (per MW development) + Company Car with Private Use + Benefits
Do you have outside sales experience and are looking to join a growing energy developer?
On offer is the chance to play a pivotal role in expanding business in the region by acquiring land through developing relationships and negotiations with authorities and land owners to drive business forward directly impacting the company's growth where you will be rewarded through uncapped bonuses per MW of lease.
The company are proud of their unique agricultural solar parks where they integrate the need for renewable energy whilst still maintaining and improving local biodiversity. I have worked with them for almost two years placing all kinds of roles from blue collar to senior white collar positions. I speak directly with the CEO so have a good insight of the values of the company and understand that this positions next step will be a commercial director role for the German market.
The ideal person will be from a commercial background with ties to the renewables or agricultural sector. Ideally you will have a network with local authorities and government with experience in the procedures of acquiring land and obtaining permits.
The Role:
- Acquiring new land to build solar parks through negotiations and contact development
- Finalising contracts with authorise and local governments
- Clear development route to Commercial Director
The Person:
- Previous experience in outside sales with a proven track record and network
- German fluent absolute must have
- Commercial mindset and good communication skills
- Willing to travel around large region (company car included)
