This company is an established, globally renowned business specializing in developing safety electronic systems for various industries.
In this role, you will be pivotal in providing technical and functional support for business applications, ensuring data integrity, adhering to standards and procedures, and meeting SLAs. You will handle escalations both internally and externally and identify key training areas to enhance the IT function within the organisation. This position is office-based and will require occasional travel to sites
The ideal candidate for this role will have substantial experience in business support, with a strong understanding of system processes and procedures. They should possess a strong grasp of ERP and IT systems and Excel and be a confident communicator. The right candidate for this role will have a Full UK Driving License due to the occasional travel to local sites.
