$75,000 - $85,000 + Bonuses & $1.25 p/h Shift Premium

In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining casting equipment, troubleshooting defects, and optimizing production processes. You'll work with mechanical machinery, conveyors, and molten metal systems in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Operate and maintain casting and melting equipment to ensure production quality.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and casting defects, implementing solutions.
- Work from blueprints and process controls to optimize production efficiency.
- Overtime available (paid after 45 hours worked - optional but available!).
The Person:
- Experience in casting, foundry operations, or metallurgical processes.
- Mechanically inclined, with a strong understanding of production equipment.
- Looking for long-term stability in a company that values its workforce.
