In this role you will be responsible for technical & design planning, develop scopes & schedules, manage & review the designs produced by the team, spending time out of the office building relationships & business development. Further to this, generating opportunities whilst managing current client satisfaction.
This role would suit a Civil Project Manager looking to technically advance and progress their career, lead a team & someone who is eager to take on new challenges and work autonomously to work on exciting projects within the AEC industry.
The Position:
- Leading the campaigns for engaging & reading future clients
- Leading the project from proposal to post project satisfaction
- Engage with Project Managers to get suitable people involved with opportunities
The Person:
- Site Civil experience
- P.E Licence
- Experience in a lead or management role
