Due to extensive company growth they are looking add a leader to their claims handling/customer service team where you can join a supportive team that will push you onwards and upwards.

In this role you will manage a team of 5 claims handlers, leading from the front and providing excellent customer service. You will oversee everything in the claims team from team performance to admin duties to stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with previous experience in a Claims Manager role. You will need to have mentoring skills, as well as strong IT skills and customer service skills.

The Role:

  • Manage a team of 5 claims handlers

  • Handle administrative duties for the claims team

The Person:

  • Natural leader with prior experience in a Claims Manager role
  • Strong mentoring skills
  • Proficient in IT skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
