Client Quality Assurance Coordinator
£40,000 - £45,000 + Hybrid Working + Specialist Training & Progression + Bonus + Health & Dental Insurance + Enhanced Pension + Benefits (gym membership, holiday)
Office based with Hybrid up to 2 days per week. Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Washington and surrounding commutable.

This company are pioneers and market leaders in their unique field, they specialise in important marine and subsea projects. Due to a significant growth phase and a number of huge new contracts they are looking to employ a Client Quality Assurance Coordinator.
Working directly with high value clients you will be responsible for monitoring, reporting and implementing service quality improvements while ensuring the company adheres to legal and technical compliance. Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of this role and you will be required to travel to client sites to maintain positive working relationships.
This role would best suit someone from a QA, HSQE or process background with strong compliance experience and ability to communicate well at all levels. This position offers great training but candidates must come with knowledge of ISO9001 frameworks.
The role:
* Ensuring legal and technical compliance is adhered to on largescale engineering projects
* Supporting clients by maintaining and improving service levels
* Monitor new legislation and ensure company is compliant
