CNC Machinist (2nd Shift)
$30.00 - $35.00ph + Overtime + 401K + PTO + Healthcare (Vision, Dental, Vision) + Holidays

Are you a CNC Machinist from a manufacturing background looking for a position with consistent second shift hours and overtime opportunities?
In this position you will set up and operate manual and numerical control machines to cut, shape, and form metal workpieces to designated specifications for the Aerospace industry. You will work on the second shift pattern which runs Monday to Friday 16:30 - 03:00.
This opportunity will suit someone with CNC milling experience preferably in the aerospace industry, looking for a stable and long-term opportunity.
The Position:
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, planning sheets, and related technical data
- Determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings, and machining methods, and sequences
- Utilize CNC milling to achieve appropriate product design specifications
- Adjust machine feed and speed as well as change cutters to machine parts when automatic programming is faulty or machine malfunctions
- Second shift 16:30 - 03:00 Monday to Friday
The Person:
- CNC Machinist with milling experience
- Manufacturing background (Aerospace experience is preferred but not essential)
- Willing to work second shift pattern
