£38,000 - £42,000 + Bonus + Days + Early Friday Finish + Overtime + Progression + Excellent Benefits

Are you a CNC Programmer / Machinist looking to step up into a Supervisory role, within an industry leading company who are know for looking after, and investing in staff?
Excellent opportunity to take a step up into leadership and develop your career within a globally renowned brand, all on a Mon-Fri, days shift pattern with an early Friday finish.
This is an excellent time to get on board with a long-standing, highly specialist team where you can grow both your technical and leadership skills, with a view to progress even further up into management.
In this role you will step up to take on a working supervisors role, still doing hands on Machining work and managerial duties such as production planning, ensuring KPI's are hit and continuously implementing lean manufacturing techniques.
This role suits a CNC Programmer looking to progress their career within a world renowned business.
The Role:
- M-F, 37hr week (Fri 1pm finish)
- Taking on a Working Supervisors role
- Both Technical and Leadership training plans
The Person:
- CNC / Machine Shop background
- Experience with low volume, bespoke production work
- Looking to take on a leadership based role
