Excellent opportunity for an aspiring Commercial Assistant with a Construction background to join a luxury developer, specialising in bespoke design and build holiday villages. Where you will work in picturesque locations with a great company culture and progression opportunities.
On offer is the opportunity to join a prestigious builder known for impressive developments featuring high specification houses and commercial units. You will collaborate with a well-established commercial department, with potential progression to Quantity Surveying or Buying if desired.
This well-established company specialises in designing, building, and managing luxury holiday villages in remote locations. Their diverse developments include both residential and commercial builds, such as on-site spas. After experiencing significant growth over the past three years, they are now looking to invest in the future of the business by recruiting a Commercial Assistant to train and develop.
In this role you will be assisting the commercial department working closely alongside the Quantity Surveyor's and Buyers. You will be tasked with ordering materials with suppliers, processing sub-contractor payments and liaising with subbies where necessary. You will also be required to do other administration duties as and when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a commercial role with a construction company looking to join a growing bussiness, whist sharpening their commercial skills.

The role:
- Commercial Administrator
- Liaising with Quantity Surveyors and Buyers
- Processing material orders and sub-contractor payments
- General assistance to the Commercial Department
The person:
- Experience in a Commercial department
- Construction experience ideally residential or Commercial
- Dynamic, ambitious individual
- Full UK driving licence
