In this role you will have the responsibility for delivering high quality projects within budget and time while overseeing crews and meeting with City and Council officials regarding inspections.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Superintendent or Subcontractor for ground up commercial projects.

The Role:
- Leading and Managing on-site construction by scheduling and managing subcontractors
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Following the project timeline to ensure deadlines and budgets are met
The Person:
- Experience as a Superintendent or General Contractor with knowledge of commercial ground up construction
- Ability to interpret and build according to building and specifications
- Schedule and manage subcontractors within tight time frames and meet deadlines
