Construction Commercial / Contract Manager
Dublin - Hybrid
€75,000 - €85,000 + Grid Scale Solar PV Market + 10% Bonus + Up to 10% Pension + Enhanced Annual Leave + Private Healthcare + Progression and more!
Are you a commercial / contracts manager working in construction looking to take secure yourself job security within the utility scale renewable energy market?
Do you want to work for an international organisation who are expanding their construction team to cater to their extensive project pipeline, in an influential role which includes excellent career progression, a real opportunity to shape company strategy and a generous package?
The company identify, develop and deliver utility scale Solar PV Projects across the globe. Their portfolios include some of the largest Solar farms across the world - ranging from 5MW to over 100MW, and their pipeline incudes over 20GW of power within the next 5 years.
In this role - you will be playing a crucial part in assisting the development of grid connected Solar PV and BESS farm projects. From cradle to grave - you will be covering duties including but not limited to financial management, strategic planning, contract management, stakeholder management and more.
This is in ideal role for a construction contract / commercial manager looking to secure excellent job security within the future of power generation. You will be looking to join an industry leading international organisation who have an extensive project pipeline, in a role where you will be playing an influential role in shaping contract management strategy.
The Role:
- Full project lifecycle work - from tendering, procurement, construction and completion.
- Financial performance tracking of projects - including continuous assessment and report creations.
- Contract management - using the FIDIC framework.
- Strategic budget optimisation of projects - including deviations, risk assessment, cash flow and more.
- Management of claims and application payments.
The Person:
- Experienced in Commercial / Contract Management within large scale construction projects.
- Experience in pre and post contract management - including risk vs reward.
- Experience in financial project management - including strategy implementation, cost control, procurement and more.
- Experience working with FIDIC contract framework.
- Full, permanent right to work in Ireland.
