In this role, you will be based in the Orlando office where you will have the exciting opportunity to provide input on a variety of big commercial construction projects as well as to join a company as they look to expand further whilst keeping their family feel.
You will be a key member of the construction team, working on multiple Commercial Projects. Your responsibilities will include interpreting project plans, representing the company at outside meetings and administering all activities of assigned projects.

The role:
- Manage all document control for the field.
- Managing the project in its entirety right through to completion
- Set up budgets and procurement.
- Handle pricing and cost controls.
The Person:
- Has experience in commercial drywall trade.
- Proficient with Blue Beam and PlanGrid
- Previous experience as a project manager
