Birmingham, Visiting sites within the Midlands
£60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Package + Training + Progression to Operations Director

This is a great opportunity for a Contracts or Operations Manager to join an ambitious and expanding internals contractor where you will be working on a variety of projects in the Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors where you'll have great training opportunities with the chance to progress to Operations Director.

This growing and ambitious specialist internal contractor work in a variety of sectors including Residential, Commercial and Industrial. They work on a variety of projects like High Rise Apartments, Student Accommodation, Office Fit Outs and Industrial Units. Their high-quality specialty service has resulted in them having a full workbook with both new and existing clients. As a result of this they have entered an exciting period of growth and expansion as company which has created this great opportunity on offer.

In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, you will be responsible delivering multiple projects at once across the midlands. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers. You will be ensuring all projects are running safely, within the deadline and budget. When visiting the sites and conducting inspections to make sure quality is high and are meeting clients standards. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be making and monitoring the programs and project progress to help manage and solve any problems as they arise.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Drylining and SFS projects and is looking for a new opportunity. As well as having a full UK driver's license to be able to travel to their sites across the Midlands.

  • Working on a variety of internal refurbishment projects in the Residential, Commercial and Industrial Sector

  • Working from their office in Central Birmingham and visiting sites across the Midlands

The Person:

  • Contracts or Operations Manager
  • Experience working on Drylining and SFS projects
  • Commutable distance to their office in Central Birmingham
  • Full UK drivers license to be able to travel to their sites across the Midlands.
