$120,000 - $160,000 + Training + Progression + Healthcare & benefits Packages
Are you an Electrical Engineer with knowledge of automation, controls and software with people management experience, looking to step up in to an exciting role with a market leading company offering the chance to develop a growing team whilst spearheading state of the art, interesting projects?

In this position you will champion the company vision whilst leading and developing a growing team of controls engineers and software engineers on exciting projects. This will involve deploying version controls systems for programs and organizing and planning projects to ensure the team have the relevant tools, processes and standards in place to achieve company objectives. Knowledge of automation and controls systems will be required.
This role will suit an electrical engineer with management experience, looking to develop a growing team in automation whilst playing a key role in bespoke projects.
The Role:
*Champion the company vision whilst leading and developing the controls and software teams
*Planning projects to ensure relevant tools & processes are in place
* Deploying version controls systems for programs
*Working on state of the art automation projects (Training on company specific machinery)
The Person:
*Electrical engineering background with knowledge of automation, controls & software
*Previous experience leading and developing a team through people management
*Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
