Are you a Customer Service Manager looking to join an industry-leading business offering long term progression and bonuses?

This is an excellent opportunity to receive further management a training whilst molding and developing a team of hungry Customer Service Reps.

This company is a household name in their industry, are going through a period of continued growth and have a great reputation for looking after their staff.

In this role you will spend most the time on the phone speaking with customers to ensure they are happy with the product and the order was received on time. You will also be responsible for the day to day management and development of the team.

The Role:

* Working closely with customers managing the aftersales process
* Managing a team of 5
* Receiving industry and management training

The Person:

* Customer service or call centre background
* Management experience
* Wants training in a new industry
