Are you a Customer Service Rep looking to join an industry-leading business where you will step in to a Service Managers position?

This is an excellent opportunity to receive management training and get the chance to lead your own team of Customer Service Reps.

This company is a household name in their industry, they are going through a period of continued growth and have a great reputation for looking after their staff.

In this role you will spend most the time on the phone speaking with customers to ensure they are happy with the product and the order was received on time. You will also be responsible for the day to day management and development of the team.

This is a great opportunity to run your own team and develop your management skills, through further training, for a marketing lading organization.

The Role:

* Working closely with customers managing the aftersales process
* Managing a team of 5
* Receiving industry and management training

The Person:

* Customer service or call centre experience
* Wants a management position
* Wants training in a new industry
