Director of Risk & Compliance (Quantum & Delay)
$185,000- $225,000 + C-Suite Progression + Flexible Development Programme + Competitive Commission Structure + Leading Medical Package + PTO + 401K + Personal Training Budgets

Are you an expert in Quantum and Delay looking for a pioneering role in a growing company with progression to C-Suite positions?

This company have been growing at an impressive rate with their average tenure being nearly 40 years. They have incredibly exciting development plans over the next 3 years and are looking for a Director to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, as well as manage several projects spanning across plumbing, HVAC & fire systems.
In this varied role you'll be responsible for meeting financial goals, overseeing all aspects of new projects including planning, timelines and budgets, liaising with clients as well as technical experts internally, preparing technical reports, selecting methodologies for claim assessments and reviewing RFPs and job submissions.
This role would suit an expert in Quantum and Delay looking to build and develop their own team in a progressive and forward thinking company with unlimited routes of career development
The Role:
- Overseeing business development & client management, team management & development and providing technical expertise
- Assessing financial aspects of a projects including claims, changes and damages, as well as investigating projects to assess reasons for delays and their impact
- Routes of progression to C-Suite positions & a competitive benefits package
The Candidate:
- Bachelors in any Engineering, Architecture of Construction discipline
- Project controls management experience of major construction projects including but not limited to: Petrochemical, onshore/offshore, oil & gas or renewable energy sectors
- Proficient in technical writing & navigating scheduling software (estimating software desirable)
- Expertise in testifying & contractual disputes
