This is leading food manufacturing organization provide high-quality products to a variety of customers throughout the US, due to continued demand for their products, they are opening a brand-new facility and have further, exciting investment plans.
In this position you will oversee and implement EHS programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, you will investigate incidents, promote a culture of safety and monitor workplace conditions. You will also, carry out compliance audits, lead environmental programs and inspect facilities and working environments to ensure they are safe and free from any potential hazards.
This position would suit someone from either a food or beverage manufacturing background, eager to play a vital role in the organizations growth and development, with opportunities for career growth and great earning potential through bonuses.
The Position:
* Oversee and implement EHS programs across the business
* Conduct inspections of facilities and working environments to identify any potential hazards
* Carry out compliance audits, promoting a culture of safety
* Lead onsite contractors and environmental programs
The Person:
* Environmental, health and safety leader
* Background in either food or beverage manufacturing
* Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental, Industrial Hygiene or similar
