Electrical Engineering Trainer (No Training Experience Required)
Rochester + Occasional Travel
£50,000 + Mileage Allowance (Company Vans Available on Occasion) + Company Shares (Employee-Owned Business) + Bonuses + Expenses Paid For + 25 Days Holiday

In this role, you will deliver short training courses to small groups of engineers, primarily within the local area but also across the UK. This will vary from 1-day courses to 10-day courses. You will also be responsible for designing new training courses and play an important part in shaping the company's training systems.
The ideal candidate for this position will be an Electrical Engineer from an Industrial background who has excellent technical knowledge. They will possess strong interpersonal & communication skills and be coachable & willing to learn. Previous training experience is not required; this role is ideal for someone who wants to make a career change and take on a new challenge.

The Role:
- Trainer/Instructor Role
- Delivering short courses to small groups of engineers
- Occasional travel involved (company car/mileage allowance provided)
