$100,000 - $130,000 + Bonus up to 12.5% + 401k + Medical Packages + Profit sharing
Wilmington, DE. Commutable from Philadelphia, New Castle, Newark, Bear, Middletown.

You will be responsible for full cycle project development including writing reports & developing proposals, cost management, auditing sites, communicating with internal teams & customers, project design and overseeing instillations.
This role would suit a Project Developer from an energy background with experience in HVAC.
The Role:
- Analytical Work
- Handling projects from Roofing, Solar to HVAC
- Client meetings
- Providing energy solutions for a wide range of clients
The Candidate:
- Strong Energy background
- Proficient in HVAC systems, able to design and implement
- Willingness to travel
