This role is ideal for an Engineer looking to take the step up in their career and progress into a management role. As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for providing lead technical expertise. You will maintain a roadmap of planned continuous improvement initiatives. You will also coordinate with engineering and maintenance to ensure reliability excellence.

The Role :
- Lead and manage R&D engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Oversee product design, prototyping, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on innovation and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor and develop a highperforming engineering team.
The Person :
- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
- Experience in product development, preferably in HVAC or related industries.
- Strong leadership, project management, and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with CAD, simulation tools, and product testing.
