In this role you will be tasked with taking a leadership role in Technology Development, Business Development / Sales, New product introduction and Operations support. You will assist the VP of Engineering & Technology to stay up to date on industry trends to ensure that the company maintains a competitive advantage in the markets that they serve. You will partner with the Business Development team to support existing customer requirements and new sales opportunities. And you will assist with the selection of new equipment to ensure the business always has the most up to date machinery and technology.

The Role
- Take a leadership role in Technology Development, Business Development / Sales, New product introduction and Operations support.

The Person
- Experience with Surface Mount Technology.
- Knowledge of PCB Design processes.
- Customer facing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering field.
