$80,000 - $100,000 + 401(k) + PTO + Progression + Health Package

Are you an Engineering Manager from a chemicals background, looking for full autonomy to put your stamp on an extremely high performing team, molding the department, with outlined career advancement?
On offer is a position that will allow you to utilize your industry experience, developing the engineering department and having the responsibility for being fully accountable for the performance of the facility and overseeing quality, production, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
This company are industry leaders and have a respected and varied product line that they manufacture. Due to continued growth year on year, they are expanding their headcount exponentially, and are looking for an Engineering Manager to take the lead on their engineering department.

This role would suit a Chemical or Industrial Manufacturing Engineer looking to manage a much larger team in a high spec facility for a global leading manufacturer, offering an excellent package and cleat outlined further progression.
The Role:
- Managing the entire engineering department
- Ensure continuous improvement
- Work with budgets and address queries
- Create quotes and identify inefficiencies
The Person :
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
- Experience with chemicals in a manufacturing environment
