Associate Recruitment Consultant (Sales Based Role)
Bristol City Centre
£24,000 - £25,000 basic salary + commission
Uncapped commission - first year realistic OTE £40,000 - £50,000+

The Role:
Full-cycle/ 360 recruitment role
- Clients (B2B): cold calling, sales, sourcing leads, developing relationships, building partnerships
- Candidates: interviewing and candidate management
- Project Management: managing the full recruitment cycle from partnering with businesses, consulting on their recruitment needs and placing candidates into roles
