$120,000 - $140,000 + 15% Bonus + Training + Progression + PTO + 401K + Healthcare Package ( Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life).
Temple, TX - commutable from Waco, Austin, Troy, Kileen, Georgetown, Round Rock, Copperas Cove, Cedar Park.

In this role you will be tasked with developing and implementing processes in accordance with state / federal regulations and OSHA standards. You will support manufacturing operations by implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce waste. You will also oversee Environmental permitting, and you will utilize LEAN principles to improve production processes.

The Role
- Developing and implementing processes in accordance with state / federal regulations and OSHA standards.
- Support manufacturing operations by implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Oversee Environmental permitting.
- Utilize LEAN principles to improve production processes.
The Person
- Bachelors degree in Engineering field.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and laws.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards.
