Cincinnati OR Massillon - Ohio (Initially onsite, moving to fully remote)

Incredible Opportunity to Lead as an ERP Project Manager in a rapidly growing engineering company offering interesting project work and clear career progression!

This role provides the chance to take full ownership of ERP projects within a multi-billion-dollar engineering company, managing ERP systems across 13 manufacturing sites.

Based in Ohio, this impressive business is has grown from just 150 employees to 1400 in just 9 years and are fast becoming the go to engineering company within their market! Growing mainly for acquisitions, this organization centralized their IT infrastructure and pride themselves on their blend of modern and some older technologies making this a fascinating place to work!

As the ERP project Manager, you will be key in driving ERP initiatives across the business which operates with Sage ERP as well as a customer in-house ERP. This will include implementing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and developing (reports, code), training and also leading a small development team!

The person.

* Must have strong ERP experience within a manufacturing environment

* Solid SQL database development and administration experience

*Strong reporting experience

*Experience of driving and implementing ERP within manufacturing

* Sage ERP would be an advantage but not essential!

* Happy to travel to different sites

The role.

*Driving ERP initiatives across the entire business

* Project manage, implement, configure, maintain and upgrade ERP

* Offer training and support to drive ERP initiatives

* Reporting and Data extraction

*Manage a small team

* Travel to other manufacturing sites across the country when needed
