Estimating Manager
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000+ (DOE) + Profit Sharing + Medical Benefits + PTO

This company is one of the leading specialists in commercial design build projects around Texas. They take projects from client drawings to the finish product. In this role, you will be based in the Houston office, where you will have an exciting opportunity to join a great company culture during growth phase as they look to expand further whilst keeping their family feel.
You will be a vital member of the company; this position will be at the heart of the company achieving their company goals. Your responsibilities will include developing preliminary and final budgets for each project, verifying that all parts of the scope are captured and listed, and being responsible for assisting with the pricing of change orders.

The role:
- Developing preliminary and final budgets for each project.
- Assisting with the pricing of change orders.
- Maintaining the current vendor list.
- Permitting.
The Person:
- Previous experience in the design build industry.
- Previous experience as an estimator/estimating manager.
- Previous experience in permitting.
- US Work Authorization.
