Are you an experienced Estimator looking for the chance to lead a team of estimators in providing preconstruction services to support industrial/manufacturing projects as part of a prestigious high-growth firm?

In this role, you will play a key part in managing estimating operations across regional market segments, putting together bid packages, conducting take-offs, and coordinating cost plans.

The Role:
- Provide leadership in estimating operations.
- Producing bid packages, conducting take-offs, and coordinating cost plans for projects across regional market segments.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to facilitate new business.
The Person:
- Commercial or Industrial/Manufacturing General Preconstruction Experience.
- 5+ Year's Estimating Experience.
- Knowledge of Construction/Estimating Software.
