£40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Package + Training + Progression to Director
This is a great opportunity for an Estimator to join an established and reputable construction company who are specialists in their field, where you will have ample opportunity to gain valuable experience through in-depth training and progression all the way to director.

This established and well-respected company who have been operating across the Northwest for over 4 decades specialise in roofing and cladding projects. Working mainly within the Industrial and Commercial sector with the occasional Residential projects they can offer a variety of services to range of clientele. Their high-quality service has resulted in a up turn in work from both new and repeat customers, this is why they are looking to add to their long-standing and dynamic work force with this great opportunity.
In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, where you will be reporting directly to the Estimating Director. Such responsibilities will include you working on the estimating side of the project from initial enquiry to final submission. Where you will preparing accurate estimates for projects by looking through specifications, drawings and other related documents to determine costs. As well as that you will be liaising with in-house and on-site staff to have a clear understanding of the requirements of the projects. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you also be involved in the tender submission process where you will look to successfully negotiate prices with clients.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an Estimator with experience working within the construction sector, with a good understanding of construction drawings to be able to provide accurate estimates, who also holds a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to sites when necessary.
