Estimator (Career Progression to VP)
Salary: $85,000 - $115,000+ (DOE) + 15 days PTO + Bonuses + Career Progression to VP + 401(k) + Medical Benefits

This company has a great reputation around North Carolina as being a leading commercial plumbing contractor, specialising in Industrial, Medical and Multi Story projects. Due to the genuine value placed on employees within this company, it boasts a significant number of long-standing team members.
In this role, you will be based in the Charlotte office where you will be a key member of the pre-construction team on multiple plumbing projects across the commercial Industry. Your responsibilities will include preparing and submitting bids, maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers, and aiding the pre-construction team on which jobs to bid.

The role:
- Prepare and submit bids.
- Prepare job packages that details all job costs.
- Determine which jobs to bid.
The Person:
- Experience as an estimator.
- Experience within the plumbing or HVAC construction industry.
- Must have the ability to calculate figures and amounts.
