Salary: $80,000 - $110,000+ (DOE) + 15 days PTO + Bonuses + Career Progression + Medical Benefits

In this role, you will be based in the Charlotte office. You will be a key member of the estimating team, working on multiple different projects within the commercial construction industry. Your responsibilities will include completing conceptual estimates, preparing written proposals for completed estimates and representing the company at scope review meetings.

The role:
- Complete conceptual estimates for new projects.
- Prepare written proposals for completed estimates.
- Representing the company at scope review meetings.
The Person:
- Experience as an estimator.
- Experience estimating on commercial construction projects.
- US Work Authorization.
