The Role:
- Lead HVAC Projects: From estimating and preparing bids to overseeing execution, you will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful and timely delivery.

The Candidate:
- Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HVAC estimating and project management, with a solid understanding of systems, installation practices, and industry costs.
- Leadership Potential: Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, with a desire to lead and develop a growing team.
- Project Management Skills: Experience managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships in the HVAC industry, with a clear focus on quality and safety.
